The wider resort covers about 25,000 m² with an aquapark, outdoor pools and slides, three restaurants and two bars, a spa and fitness centre, tennis and basketball courts, and a children’s centre. The beach is about 150 metres away, with scheduled shuttles to the Botanical Garden and a partner hot-spring facility.
Owners can use their apartment for up to 21 days a year. Revenue is shared with the operator under the management agreement; any rental figures are projections, not guarantees.
Rental management is mandatory: outside your personal-use days the apartment stays in the Mercure hotel rental programme. In the first fiscal year 90% of net profit goes to the owner and 10% to the operator; from the second year 60% of net room revenue goes to the owner and 40% to the operator. No income figures are guaranteed.
